Hot air ballon ride

Living the experience of flying in a balloon over the Natural Park of the Volcanic Zone, is possible thanks to the adapted baskets with door and with two adjustable hydraulic seats. These can be raised until they are high enough to see perfectly the landscape of La Garrotxa.
The activity begins in the morning (between 6:30 and 8:00, according to the season), which is when the atmosphere is cooler and more stable. In our facilities of  Vol de Coloms, you can have a coffee and eat some pastries while you watch the inflation and take pictures of the balloon.
The trip lasts between 1h and 1h 30m.
We offer to enjoy a unique perspective of the volcanoes in our region, unique in Catalonia. While you enjoy a privileged view we will make a toast with pink cava and we will taste the Olot crackling coca.
Once the balloon flight is over, the ground team picks us up in an adapted vehicle. We are going together to have a hearty cooked breakfast with bread with tomato and sausage and beans from Santa Pau with botifarra, a catalan national dish, water, wine, desserts from Cooperativa la Fageda, coffees and ratafía tasting.
To finish the adventure we will give you a flight diploma, signed by the pilot.
