La Garrotxa is a perfect destination to disconnect. Traveling there by motorhome is a comfortable and accessible option from anywhere in the country. It allows you to enjoy its charming villages and unique natural corners with complete freedom. Once in the region, you will find several camper areas, ideal for stopping and exploring the territory at your own pace.

The city of Olot

Olot does not have motorhome parking. However, parking is allowed in any outdoor parking lot in the city for a maximum of 48 hours, as long as the vehicle is parked correctly and does not protrude from the space.

On the outskirts of the city, there is the Les Tries campsite which offers services for motorhomes.

Santa Pau

In this medieval village there is a motorhome parking for about 25 caravans at Avinguda dels Volcans, 14. To stay overnight, it is necessary to make a prior reservation. It costs €8 per vehicle per night and includes water, electricity and greywater disposal services.

In addition, 10 minutes from Sant Pau there is the La Fageda campsite where you can stay longer and with more services.

Motorhome parking Besalú

Located right next to the medieval bridge and 5 minutes from the town center. Overnight stay and water disposal are free, if you need water and electricity services you can buy tokens at the tourist office.

Unlike the rest of the camper areas in La Garrotxa where the maximum parking duration is 48 hours, this one is 24 hours.

A camper area in Sant Esteve d’en Bas

It offers a quiet parking area for those who want to explore the Vall d’en Bas and enjoy hiking and cycling routes. It is located next to the Alberg de la Vall d’en Bas. There is no need to pay for parking. However, electricity, water and cassette cleaning services are charged.

Sant Joan Les Fonts

The last space to rest is located at Sant Pere street, 20. A quiet area next to the church of Sant Joan Baptista. It is a large free parking lot that has water disposal services. It does not have electricity or water services.
