What is the right of withdrawal?
It is the right of the consumer to withdraw from the contract made outside the commercial establishment (purchases made by telephone or Internet) during a period of 14 days from the moment of contract.
In accordance with article 103 l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter “TRLGDCU”);
In cases of closed reservation date, the right of withdrawal is not applicable.
In the case of an open reservation date, the right to cancel does exist.
