The Mostra de Pessebres d’Olot takes place every year from the beginning of December to the beginning of January.

For about a month, various spaces in Olot become the headquarters of the Mostra de Pessebres and host different exhibitions, all with the theme of the nativity scene as a central axis.

At the’Hospice will exhibit the dioramas of theGrouping of Pessebrists of Olot and la Garrotxa; als cloisters of the Carmel, you can visit the installation made by the students ofSchool of Art ; in the windows of the Library, the creations of theMunicipal School of Expression , to Can Trincheria , an exhibition that shows nearly 100 figures of musicians with their instruments, thanks to the collection of the Bartolomé-Garrich family from Barcelona; at the Saints Museum the Olotí artist David López presents us with a traditional image of Olotí folk nativity scene with a selection of pieces from the Renart collection.

In addition to the exhibitions, the program of the Mostra de Pessebres is made up of complementary activities for different types of audiences such as guided tours, talks or workshops (easy snacks to make, Christmas postcards with collage, make your lantern)
